Request for a character

Okay I've been wanting to do this for a while, but I can't seem to get anyone to do this. I would like to do a Team Rocket RP. With (you guessed it) Jessie and James. I need a Jessie. Would anyone be willing to play her? As soon as I get a green light from someone I'll start the RP in the one on one thread.
