village: Kumogakurenosato (village hidden in the clouds)

weapons: Hekireki Yaiba (Thunder Blade in Japanese) (a blade that is imbued with the power of lightning)
armor: Shifuto (shift in Japanese) (his outfit makes it seem like weapons just pass through him, but in reality, it had shifted his position away and back too fast for the eye to catch.)
skills: Raikou-Hadouken (Lightning Surge-Fist in Japanese) (he punches and either his punch stuns or it sends out lightning in its wake. Hadouken-Baku (Surge-Fist Explosion in Japanese) (his punch creates an explosion)
Personality: A rouge by nature, Ikazuchi is both a spy and liaison between villages, though he prefers to stay in the leaf village, saying, "The ninja are more fun there." as his excuse. In any of his missions, Ikazuchi has performed small acts of rouging that aid in his missions like thievery or interrogation, though he always either makes up for it or only takes something small that noone would miss. Sometimes he does this for food when he is low on money.
