personality: She is like a child, do a personality glitch from being separated by such vast circumstances from GlaDOS.
history: She was created by GlaDOS as a test subject that she wouldn't have to kill, since she had the same mind as GlaDOS, but could be separated from it for the tests. While testing out a new portal gun, one that could create another portal anywhere, even if you can't reach it, it made the portal stretch across time and space and sent her here. The gun broke and so to get back she has to make a new one. which will be difficult with what they have around here. (here being whatever rp place she is in.)
