appearance: (if only I could draw what I imagine) The pose is his left arm is held in front of his face, his face turned toward you. He has the same face as Sasuke, he also has his hairstyle in the front, but the back looks like Heiei's hair, but it is entirely black. His clothing is like the chuunin exam Sasuke's clothing, but there is no Uchiha symbol, and there are no arm pieces on his left arm. His right arm is covered entirely in bandages. His eyes are blood red. In this pose in his hand is a ball of fire.

personality: Askurei lives almost entirely to himself, staying away from others for fear of burning them all on accident. This has made him into sort of an emo, only he doesn't hurt himself. He keeps away from the rest of the world. He believes that noone can understand him but himself.
history: Askurei was an orphan at birth and grew up learning to fight with several different styles. At one point in his life he was cursed. Starting with his left arm, he was slowly engulfed in a powerful fire. The fire did nothing to him but sap his energy, but anything else, his clothing excluded, was burned to a crisp. In the wreckage of an area that was blown to pieces by one of the fireballs he accidentally let out, he tripped and the magical chain was hooked around his left arm. The fire was canceled immediately, though the fire still seared behind his eyes. His eyes were forever turned red, and any who looked closely could see the fire searing in his eyes.
